KWH Energy Solutions - KWH Consulting
We are a leader in utility consulting (electricity and gas brokerage) and bill audit functions to the multi-family and commercial real estate industries. The firm started the first day electricity deregulation began in Texas January 1, 2002, and has grown into an international company - serving over 50 top property management companies, numerous commercial properties, non-profit organizations and individual residential customers.
Our company comes from a property management background using our 25+ years of property mangement experience to maximize savings on utility expenses and increases NOI through bill audits and ancillary income opportunities.

Meet Our Team
KEITH HOOVER CPM®
Keith Hoover began organizing his energy consulting company in 2001 to anticipate the need for electric aggregators for the State of Texas, having been in real estate management for the prior 20 years, His career in real estate management began with the Trammell Crow Company and other national real estate management companies. Keith also owned his own real estate management company for several years, still holding the deisgnation of Certified Property Manager and is also a Texas real estate broker. He earned is BBA in Banking and Finance from the University of North Texas and is a registered aggregator with the Public Utility Commission.
Keith partnered with an expert in the lighting retrofit field forming a new company, KWH Lighting Company. In 2010, he partnered with another individual to form KWH Light Bulb Solutions to provide LED lighting products.
He is active in many aspects of his community of Azle, serving on the local school board for nine years, and has been active in many other organizations in his community. He is married, has three children and two grandsons.
LANA K. HOOVER
Lana K. Hoover has been a part of KWH Energy Solutions since June of 2003. Her portfolio includes property management companies, commercial properties, and residential clients. She is experienced in all aspects of electricity management, including property take-over, switching of elctric providers, Continuing Service Agreements (auto and non-auto), Marketing Agreements and bill audits. She has audited in the states of Texas, Missouri, New York, South Carolina, Connecticut, Colorado, and Minnesota - recouping money for her clients and saving them more in the coming years. She has also been an integral part of non-profits, i.e. churches, women and childrens shelters, and many others.
Lana is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan and is active in the Wesleyan Encore Association, which provides college scholarships to deserving students. She is a current member of the Northeast Chamber of Commerce and University Christian Church and before joining KWH Energy Solutions, was a teacher in the public school system for seventeen years. She has two children and three grandchildren.
JEFF HOSTER, CPM®
Jeff Hoster, CPM® partnered with KWH Energy Solutions in 2010 and utilizes his 25 years of property management experience to maximize savings on energy expenses and increase NOI through bill audits and ancillary income programs for multifamily and commercial real estate clients. His current portfolio includes multifamily, office, retail, industrial and hotel properties. He also specializes in handling new construction projects including ESI procurement and temp to perm meters. Prior to joining KWH, Jeff was a Regional Vice President with one of the nation's largest multifamily management companies. His nearly 15 year tenure included responsibility for over 20,000 units in seven (7) Midwestern and Southern states.
Jeff is a recognized industry leader and has been involved in several associations including: AAGD, AATC, TAA, NAA, NMHC, and IREM. He currently serves on the Legislative Committee of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. He is also a past president (2004-2005) of the Apartment Association of Tarrant County. He is a graduate of BaylorUniversity with a BBA in Business Information Systems and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, he holds the Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Jeff resides in Whiteboro, TX with his beautiful bride and 7 children.
JIM ROGERS
Jim Rogers brought his 20 years of experience as a developer, construction manager, and business owner to KWH Consulting Services in 2009. Prior to joining KWH, Jim was a Project Manager for one of the country's premiere home builders. During his tenure, he was responsible for all phases of subdivision management, including deal analysis, development, construction management, sales and marketing. His career has also included successful stints as owner of a construction copmany and as a Construction Manager for Legacy Homes.
Jim is a 1992 graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance. He is also involved in the Special Olympics working with the athletes, is an avid cyclist and enjoys the occasional round of golf.
DON CORLEY
Don Corley partnered with KWH Energy Solutions in 2014, bringing his 35 years of experience in sales and marketing to the company. Don came from the health insurance industry where he started in individual sales, and later developed into a trainer and manager of his own agency. For the last 10 years he was an officer and director of a national insurance marketing firm where his duties were to recruit, train agents, and develop relationships with Insurance Companies.
Don's responsibilities with KWH are two fold. One is to develop new accounts in the electricity brokerage side of KWH and the other is in heading up our newest division, KWH Lightbulb Solutions.
He is a graduate of Texas A & M University. He is married and has three children and three grandchildren.
KYLE HOOVER
Kyle Hoover joined KWH Energy Solutions in 2009 after serving four years in the United States Marine Corps. Kyle was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant and during his service he served two tours in Fallujah, Iraq where he received recognition in the form of a Meritorious Mast from the Battalion Commander. Kyle attended Hardin Simmons and Weatherford College receiving his Firefighter and EMT license prior to joining the company.
